We work with local government, schools, large employers, small businesses, and individual stakeholders to assess the needs-of or opportunity in the community, co-develop potential solutions, analyze the feasibility of each, and help with solution implementation and community transition. We utilize a systems-thinking yet human-centered approach, making sure the right mix of real data, individual needs and common-sense drives every decision and recommendation.
